Located in Kingsland Farmers Market, Sichani's Mediterranean is another quality food vendor located in the Kingsland Farmers Market that offers delicious donair, shawarma and falafel in wrap or plate form which includes sides. "Open plate" on the menu simply means you want your meat separate, served with soft pita bread. One of the main reasons why we enjoy Sichani's is the effort put into quality sides- the fresh hummus, fluffy rice, tangy vegetable salad with feta. On one occasion they served up a special basil hummus which can be summarized in one word: amazing.
When ordering a wrap, they ask you what vegetables you want in your wrap Subway-style, including this killer "sweet sauce" (definitely say yes) that totally amps up the flavours. Plus you can request a large sized wrap for an extra $2.00, on those days you just want the deliciousness to go on for just a while longer.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so here we go:

A great alternative to the food court at Chinook Mall which is only down the road (Macleod). We definitely recommend Sichani's when you're shopping at Kingsland or just in the area.
