Yeung Chow fried rice is a staple of many chinese restaurants and is just as easy to make at home. Everyone seems to have their own version but the common ingredients include eggs, veggies and char sui; a sweet and sticky roasted pork with a honey and soy glaze. Our version includes rice, combined with roasted pork, char sui, frozen peas and eggs.
